How long will it take to process my order?

From the moment you place your order to the time you receive it, there are two key steps to consider:

Processing Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to prepare your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Shipping Time: The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:

Express: 1-3 business days (U.S., Canada, and international).

Standard: 3-6 business days (U.S.), 4-7 business days (Canada), 5-20 business days (international).

Standard DDP: Available for international shipping to Canada and the UK, with customs fees and taxes included in the shipping cost.

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. If your package is lost during shipping, claims must be filed within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If there is a quality issue or an error on our part, we will cover all return costs. If you want to return or exchange an item that has no defects or was ordered in the wrong size, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.
Providing your email and phone number during checkout ensures: Timely delivery of your order. Real-time shipping updates. Avoiding delays due to customs clearance or failed delivery attempts. U.S. Customs and Border Protection now highly recommends including the recipient’s email and phone number to prevent packages from being held at customs.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can click on it to see the latest updates on your package’s location. Alternatively, you can log into your account, go to My Orders, and click on Track Order to view real-time tracking updates on our website. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery updates will depend on the shipping service used.
